We are still working to bring all systems online. Unfortunately impacts are still being felt across our operations and we’re sincerely sorry for the disruption.

@WestJet on hold for over three hours and you dropped my call!! flight was cancelled last night and I still have not been rebooked.. super frustrated.. @WestJetNews

@WestJet my flight (that was supposed to leave in less than an hour) was cancelled and I haven't been rebooked despite it being cancelled over 6 hours ago...

@nicdvctt @WONasONE @WestJet Nope.. they haven't rebooked me.. fight was supposed to leave in an hour and I've heard nothing other than it was canceled.. nothing on my account either @WestJet @WestJetNews

While the impact has been limited to only 1 cancellation, we are experiencing a number of delays across our network, and our contact center is unable to access guest reservations at this time. We are working to get systems back up and anticipate service will be restored shortly.

@jamierdecker @WestJet Hope @WestJet can officially answer this but I saw somewhere that phone agents came back "online" about an hour ago so hopefully they're getting through the queue quick and you're up soon.. on hour 3 over here :(

@WestJet My specific question is “is there anyone there to answer the phone?” Or am I on hold for no reason? Just hit 5 hours now.

@michelev3u @nicdvctt @WestJet I think they went offline around 11pm in Calgary and came back online around 3:30am (an hour ago). They might still be trying to do all the rescheduling, glgl

@michelev3u @nicdvctt @WestJet Your flight was cancelled yesterday? If it was cancelled I’d assume they’d have to update your itinerary on their end. The contact center guy told me to just check the flight statuses on their website. Maybe check if your flight is still there

@michelev3u @WestJet @WestJetNews If your flight was canceled or delayed then just book with another airline. Just did and sent a Twitter message and was issued refund, but ours was canceled

@nicdvctt @WestJet The contact center guy said “as of right now, the flights are on time and so that means the systems are running, but you could be boarded and on the runway and they can cancel, I can’t predict the future”

@WestJet This is getting ridiculous! If I book my own flight with another airline, will I be compensated for it at this point? Been on hold for over 3hours!
