The building has been disconnected by City Power due to an outstanding amount of R2, 9 million. It is also plagued by severe maintenance and safety issues, including poor upkeep, non-functioning lifts, peeling paint, structural neglect, unsafe fire escapes, broken windows, overcrowding, and limited ventilation. These conditions significantly endanger the health and safety of the occupants.

Human from start to end. I didn't have to ask multiple questions and you know what? when he was uncertain of the answer, he was clear about it. He was not dismissive.
He didn't treat me like I don't deserve to be healed because I've never been in an Olympic village.
It doesn't hurt that he's got a broad sense of humour and treats his patients with equal enthusiasm. That must be tiring, but admirable.
The assistant, Colleen, made room for doctor to see me today.
I now know what to expect.
The knee brace is fitted properly.
I have a foIllow up session.
I know more or less what's wrong. I'm relaxed.

I think it's finally happening. The end of my relationship with @Netcare_Limited Olivedale. It's ok, I'll lose my good Dr Skosana who I love dearly because he knows how to fix me ASAP; and Debbie the kind patient liaison officer. But I can't go into the ER, after being treated by 5 paramedics... only to be sent home without a solution or guideline except crutches and a knee brace (that I had to recommend because I can't bend my knee. And since I'm not a penguin, that's going to be tough going.) All because the ER Dr said "it's not a fracture on the x-ray. It MAY BE a torn ligament, which we're not going to do anything about because you're not an Olympic athlete." Moment of silence. Oh, okay, @Netcare_Limited ER doctor at Olivedale. That's nice. What do I do when the morphine runs out of my system and not only can I not bend this knee at all, but the labour-like pain returns? "You just have to take pain meds until it's not a problem anymore. You can come in tomorrow for a sonar. It's closed now." (6pm) Me: can't I do it under in-hospital benefit? I can't bend my knee and have no money left (not his problem. I know.) Him: the orthopaedic surgeon says "no." You have to be admitted first But we can't admit you without an MRI. Ok. I understand. Rules are rules. But... I CAN'T BEND MY KNEE. Not only because of pain. I just can't bend it. (But remember guys. I'm not an Olympic athlete) So with pills (leftover opioids, Stillpane and a Panado), I went to sleep, after my mom put some arnica oil on me. It's 3am, the morphine has worn off, and I'm searching for orthopaedic surgeons that can help me today. Because I don't understand which part of "I can't bend my knee" makes it easy for a doctor to say I can go home because I'm not an Olympic athlete. When he knew that the morphine wearing off would bring Satan to my life. SORRY??? I left with zero guidance on what to do next, by the way. Just a pain med script and a Dr's note. The sonar he said I need today? No referral note. Should I consult a dolphin to help me with that? A bat? The paramedics were amazing. The nurse was kind. The doctor? I was bothering him, seemingly. Thanks Netcare Olivedale ER doctor. I feel worse.

Dear Mark. I assume you are a Saltzman, founders of Dischem. I do not know who your mother is. I have taken NO MONEY from her. The @Dischem Foundation supported good causes led by my previous employer @Radio702 . They also sponsored the Brain of 702. It was a partnership with a commercial radio station. Did your mother want our souls in return?Did your family think that was money coming to me personally? What money did your mother give ME, Redi? And when did I meet with her? Is this what you discuss at family dinners?
I am a big customer at Dischem and I assumed like any moral corporate citizen, the Foundation was set up for good deeds, not as a form of blackmail.
Perhaps @Dischem foundation should have made it clear to 702 management all those years that it supported good courses in return for MY obedience and silence on Israel's atrocities and war crimes. I'd have told them to go fuck themselves. And unless you and your mother can prove here, publicly, that I, Redihentse Tlhabi, took money from her, then you can also go fuck yourselves. And why is everything about money?
