@SkyUK I have an elderly friend who moved house five weeks ago and still does not have service from you, even though you have charged her over £400. You send engineers to the wrong address, three times. She is not very mobile she needs internet for hospital appointment data.

@SW_Help at Barnes station the ticket machines have been broken since last week. And on the platforms displays are not working either. Any idea when they will be fixed? P.S. please don’t suggest other ways to buy tickets. I what they are. Just fix the problem technology.
