@nickyclifton61 After approx 3 hours + on the phone, over 3 days with a customer service team who are absolutely clueless, incompetent and with no customer care, I’ve now cancelled my order as I cannot take anymore. Upon speaking with people in my local Curry’s store, it seems I’m not only one!

@Currys_CustCare it’s a disgrace that you spend all day in for a delivery, then be told that you cancelled your order and then Currys inform you, your order is out of stock!! After eating in all day and 40min on the phone to someone who hasn’t got a clue#joke

@TheGearbest I returned a package to your Birmingham address (signed for on 04/12/18 at your end). But after numerous emails to customer care I have not been reimbursed. PLEASE can I have a resolution to this issue ASAP otherwise I will have no choice but to seek legal advice.
