@Swiggy I have had countless emails on one simple topic with swiggy customer care but looks like monkeys are replying on the emails to me at this stage. I am unable to log in or create a new account right now because the phone number associated with my email is not working.

@DTDCIndia no response in phone calls, no response on Twitter either. I need help to track my courier urgently.. it shows delivered but I have not received it. Hence need help to find out where it was delivered if it was delivered.. it contains irreplaceable things for me.

@DTDCIndia interestingly I've been trying to call DTDC for an hour now. Multiple times no one picked up.. 2 times someone picked up and said hello but disconnected it without even listening to me. This is extremely horrible customer care!!

@RedMart My order of 5pm to 7pm was fulfilled at 10:30pm today - past my bedtime. Was informed that it might be late by an hour but was 3.5 hours late eventually. Furthermore, kept trying to reach customer care but in vain after waiting 1.5 hours on phone. Very disappointed.

While i understand that the staff @RafflesMedGrp may be under pressure for activities around COVID-19, not sure if it is reasonable to have taken money for tests from a patient and not get back on results - either patients should not be entertained or follow up done appropriately

Went into @RafflesMedGrp Holland V for diagnosis on a lump in my throat a month ago. Was sent for an ultrasound (advance payment) and was told would be contacted in 5 days with results. Have not heard back since the test and no response to calls or e-mails while i am left worried
