中餐到底是否真的遥遥领先？这是很值得打问号的。
我俩个孩子都是加拿大人，从小家里是中西餐混着来，我和我老婆60%时间吃中餐，其他时候印度菜、中东菜、地中海菜都吃一点。帮我带孩子的是个白人大姐，她照顾孩子的时候，孩子们吃的就是本地食物。
结果就是，我俩个孩子对中餐都没有太大兴趣，小儿子到现在为止，还没吃过米饭，最爱吃的中餐是宽面条+排骨。
这中间，我们俩没有任何倾向性，也不强迫孩子们吃什么，就是每餐提供两套食物，其中一套是中餐。但孩子们就是没兴趣。
中国人经常自诩中餐味道天下第一，能让没见识的老外馋到哭，这大概是yy，只是因为你从小习惯了而已。
这个道理，就像北京人喜欢豆汁儿，武汉人喜欢热干面，西安人觉得擀面皮是人间美味一样，都是打小培养起来的口味，别说外国人了，其他省份的人都未必认同。

其实整个世界都在右转。
只要中国技术突破了一个行业，那么很快就把这个行业的利润卷到死。
行业利润变差后，逼着这些怪物继续攀爬新的高峰，新的方向，一旦突破，又把利润卷到死。这就像海平面一样，一点点上升。
很多中小发达国家靠的是几个支柱产业，国民都是靠着这些支柱产业及周边活着，但是就是看着一点一点被这个怪物侵蚀掉。
站在日本角度就是，白色家电，各种电器，现在开始是汽车了。
站在这个角度看，美国搞贸易战是历史的必然，搞制造业回归也是历史的必然。谁都不想被淹死。
但是，面对海平面，这种抵抗太难了。
这些国家的民众一方面受到科技AI替代人的压力，一方面受到海外竞争的压力。
不满，是很正常和很普遍的状态。
现在只剩下哪些资源型国家是安全的，其他国家都压力山大。

我的文章被日本大V转了之后，上了X日本区的热搜，有很多日本人和我很友好的讨论。基本上都是认可我作为一个外国人，很了解日本，也对我的选择表示理解。当然也有右翼让我滚🤣 为何不少在日华人感觉被戳到了神经？ 说我很“老中” “不愿意遵守日本的规矩”“不愿意融入就滚”甚至有人说我太太中文说的像母语是因为归化来的，她东京出生长大，去中国的次数扳指头可以数出来。 殊不知，我一直都非常遵守日本这些“规矩”，不知有多少外国人在日本是用“通称名”的，就是想要融入。虽然我觉得垃圾分类很麻烦，也很不认同，但我太太知道我垃圾分类比日本人都认真。我真心觉得，如果你要在一个地方，就要遵守这个地方的“规矩”，哪怕我认为再不合理，那也是属于这个地方的。 当然我也无意改变这里的规矩，不合适我会走。 还有很多人想看我8年后写“我们全家为什么离开加拿大” 哈哈，说不定真的会有，不喜欢就再搬呗，这世界上还有很多我没住过的地方。 希望你们也都能有选择居住地的自由。

@MeepleDad I think everyone voted Trump all knows about that, I am not judging their moral but I do think it's part of the deal. I do think Trump says a lot about what the mass of the US want to say. It's the darkside of the America which no one cared about for over decades.
