Nothing like being told an hour for an inspection @Midas, but 50 minutes in the car has yet to be seen.

Friday, 10am, call my local @midas to see if I can drop my car off for a coolant leak and oil change, tell them I'm out of town for the weekend, can pick it up Monday. "Yep we'll look at it today or first thing tomorrow."

I paid over $1600 to have my vehicle repaired at the @midas on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington Delaware. The vehicle was not repaired correctly so it broke down and I took it back for repairs. A week later it broke down again. So disappointed 😞

@Midas your regional mgr Tony, called me in May asking how Midas could fix a terrible experience I had at one of your shops. I said I wanted a refund because what I paid for was not fixed. I emailed the receipt and haven’t heard from him since. Is this how yall do business?

@Midas Midas replaced my control arm bushings and did an improper alignment. I realized after almost wrecking and having my tires chewed up. After fixing alignment a few months later my control arm cracked. Come to find out that they put left arm upside down on right side.
