@RupertLowe10 @PeterMcCormack @RestoreBritain_ I was interested in the Cromwell Club, but I see it's aimed at men. Free joining gift is a tie. Is that so women can strangle chauvinistic men? You need to do better @RupertLowe10 if you're going to improve your reputation. Happy to discuss next time you're in NP @ Aston Martin.

Today a cinema in north London was grafittied for showing a film about the Nova festival massacre. Palestinian supporters have no humanity and are filthy Jew hating racists. The Jewish community turned up to show solidarity and tell the Hamas supporters to get off our streets!

This is where the hostage bodies were lowered down and kept. The cold temperatures preserved them. Gaza needs to be conquered and completely deprogrammed. This society is rotten to the core.

Another weekend in Khan’s London Another hate march by the racists with their genocidal ‘from the river to the sea’ chants. The Jewish counterprotests are growing in support.

I’ve now had time to read the ICJ ruling in detail. I still think their reasoning is perverse. However, I don’t think the “Israel ordered to stop Rafah” headlines are necessarily accurate reporting. It’s abysmally poor English that leaves wriggle room. The exact phrase: “Immediately halt its military offensive, and any other action in the Rafah Governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;” If one takes “may” as doing the heavy lifting, some could interpret this as saying “don’t do anything that may be genocide”, with all the dolus specialis that involves. They know it’s not a genocide; they’re simply restating that a genocide shouldn’t happen. However, take out that clause in the middle and you’re left with “and” carrying the load: “Immediately halt its military offensive, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;” …which is obviously an order to stop immediately. So it’s vague, indistinct, and poorly written. Fodder for the lawyers. Also worth noting that the order to open the Rafah crossing is directed at the wrong party: Egypt closed it, not Israel. There are some wider issues, though. Firstly, the President of the Court, Nawaf Salam of Lebanon, clearly should have recused himself. His previous statements about Israel indicate a very strong bias against them. This is a no brainer and deeply worrying that he did not, and there is no mechanism to force him to. Secondly, the rushed timeline has plainly disadvantaged Israel. They didn’t have the time needed to prepare, their chosen counsel wasn’t available, and no account was taken of the Sabbath. Very poor, procedurally speaking. So essentially, a bit of a mixed bag. It remains to be seen what Israel will do. My final point remains my belief that the UN, ICC and ICJ have destroyed the international rules based system over Gaza. The whole system only worked in good faith, and by treating authoritarian states and their allies as equals playing with a straight bat, these institutions have opened the door for their abuse. This vexatious case should never have reached the courtroom. Democracies will continue to abide by the laws; autocracies will continue to weaponise them. This whole judicial process now poses a serious and significant threat to any future Western military deployment. The saving grace is our vetoes in the UN Security Council. We can veto any repercussions of ignoring rulings from these kangaroo courts. They have now shown themselves to be nothing but open to abuse as effectively proxies for our enemies.

Message to the @metpoliceuk Why are you arresting a man who has a banner which states “Hamas are Terrorists”. This is 100% under British law. Why are you arresting him rather than protecting him. Isn’t he allowed to protest peacefully? You have become a joke.
Harry's Place@hurryupharry

Police arrest ANTI HAMAS demonstrator!! Instead of protecting this man the @metpoliceuk have arrested the man who consistently attends demonstration and is a valued lone voice of dissent. @MahyarTousi filmed the whole thing

Some questions for @CouttsandCo Who compiled and agreed the political tests that you used to decide who can be your customers (and resulted in Nigel Farage being banned from banking with you)? Does it have the approval of your CEO? Does it have the support of your parent bank, @NatWestGroup? What was the process by which the Farage decision was taken? Was your Chairman involved and did your board approve? You write of Farage not aligning with your values. Who determined these values? Do other banks in the NatWest Group have the same or different political tests. Who compiled the report into Farage? Who took the decision to terminate his account? How many accounts have you terminated on political grounds? Will you publish the political tests that must be passed so customers can judge if they fulfil them? Do you hold accounts for any political figures or officials involved in undemocratic regimes or territories where human rights are not observed? Do you have accounts of people with criminal records or tax evasion/avoidance prosecutions? Do you accept that as a public company 40% owned by the taxpayer you have an obligation to answer these questions? If you do not accept such accountability have you started preparing answers for your inevitable appearance before a Commons select committee?

Ukraine has launched a marathon of honesty, and I urge you to join. The International Olympic Committee needs honesty. Honesty it has unfortunately lost. While Russia kills and terrorizes, representatives of the terrorist state have no place at sports and Olympic competitions.

I have a feeling a lot of people still don’t know type 2 diabetes is reversible. If your diabetic and your physician has not recommended a low carbohydrate/ketogenic diet…find a new physician ASAP. Either they don’t know it’s reversible Or They don’t think you can do it

This Jan 1st will mark 8 years of my adherence to the ‘fad’ that is keto/low carb/ketovore! Health probs gone, weight maintenance easy, no sick days, no Covid (!) and feeling good. Only a fad if you want to see it as one, perfectly safe and doable long term 👍

32000 Paramedics apparently in 2021, that amount of savings would mean a £13k pay rise each. Or £626 for each of the 704000 registered nurses. But no, it goes to the pharma companies instead. Not good enough @NHSuk @NHSLincsICB

If the NHS employed the model that @lowcarbGP uses in his surgery across the board, we could save hundreds of millions a year in medication costs which could give the ‘shop floor’ staff a decent raise. But they don’t want to, you have to think why. Has been proven to work.
