@migflug 3 weeks and 4 days since my flight, and you still have not provided my €250 video I paid for. This is a 30 minute task, to upload 2 GoPro's of raw video. Your continuous excuses cheapen what was a great experience. Hold your vendor accountable, as I am holding you too.
