Man I’m disappointed in the Brooklyn Nets offseason. We came into this offseason with 40+ in cap and got Keon Ellis and Mo Wagner. We had trade talks of Trey Murphy, Cason Wallace, Jalen Duran at the start. Ended with Julius Randle I’m UPSET Sean Marks do better. #Nets #NetsWorld

Sean Marks failed to rebuild the Nets like the GM of the Wizards and it’s all shame. The Wizards are a team built off drafting at high picks while the Nets never got lucky in the lottery. While GM of the Wizards trade for stars the Nets don’t. Could’ve had so much better. #Nets

He had 22 pts on 19 shots. A heavy tough shot diet and poor defense is a concerning trait for a modern lead guard. I’ll take the guy with the size, higher athleticism, better at creating separation and getting to the rim as well as arranging of passing.

I think the message here more than anything is the Nuggets trying to signal to the Clippers or Nets to give them a pick for Watson. I find it pretty unlikely that the Nuggets sign-and-trade Watson out for a player unless it’s part of something much bigger with multiple players.
