@FedEx What are typical reasons for "Operational Delays" out of GRACE-HOLLOGNE BE? I see a lot of packages get stuck there for 1-5 days on their way to the US.

@FedEx How long is the backlog at the KOELN (Cologne) facility? Package just went in to operational delay there and can't get answers anywhere on how long to expect.

@NZXT Why does it take 48 hours for every reply in my support case? My AIO is failing on my new BLD and every reply takes 2 days. Combine that with how long a replacement will take and it'll be two weeks before I'm back to running full speed. Ridiculous.

@lifelock I've been waiting on chat support for 10+ minutes and when it started, my wait time was estimated at 52 minutes and now it's 57 minutes. Maybe time to change that prediction algorithm.

@comcastcares X1 is in reboot loop hell again. Is there a way to bypass the L1 support and just get my primary box replaced? Tired of having to go through the same steps, only to have a "reset" signal resolve for a while before it starts up again.

@bjango Is there a way to allow tools like BetterTouchTool to get access to stats? I know it can inject things into the TB when other apps open.
