The day Embiid is washed, I will look back on his career with admiration, pride, and luck that I was able to watch him. He played with heart and was done dirty by the 6ers organization and brutal injury luck. I think any real sixers fan would feel the same

I'm not an Embiid hater. I wouldn't call myself a fan necessarily either. When he's at the top of his game he's phenomenal. ("When" holds a lot of weight there). But the main emotion I have when watching him is: Im glad I don't have to root for this guy. Investing your NBA fandom in Embiid does not look fun at all. And I know deep down a lot of PHI fans hate rooting for him too. They're just riding with him bc he's their guy. But there's gonna come a day when Embiid is washed. And the way PHI fans are gonna turn on him is gonna be cinema 🍿
