I found an emergency dept hospital wheelchair on @SpringGardenRd that has been there since yesterday. I called Halifax Police non-emerg number and they can’t take it back to the hospital. Tried calling EHS,nothing. Aside from flagging down a stranger how can I get it to the 1/
