@MalwareJake I had it. Then had it repeatedly until I had surgery. Each time it was painful and I needed antibiotics. If it recurs, they have some amazing robotic surgery abilities (Da Vinci I think) and I have had zero recurrences. I recommend it. My life is much better since I got it.

Update: so apparently it's diverticulitis and we caught it before it perforated, so I think they're letting me go home and sleep.

No appetite yesterday at all, then abdominal pain woke me up several times last night. It's only gotten worse and now we're in triage in the ER. I did not need this distraction...
