@MarciSilfrain As a trader no way, as a long term investor absolutely. Traders use their profits for income, and have to pay taxes on it. 35% is not nearly enough, unless you're trading with a $10 million account.

As a trader, could you be happy with a 35% average return?

@farzyness As a 2x Tesla owner, I agree with all above except the looks. Just plain ugly. Fix the looks and the sales will take off, don’t fix the looks and it’ll eventually end up in the dead pool like X and S.

Cybertruck is the best product any automaker has ever made IMO. Performance + comfort + off road capability + self-driving + cargo + hauling + looks unlike anything else on the road.. and then some. It’s just so unbelievably good. The ultimate versatile vehicle.

@0neM4ns0p1n10n @ChrisMartzWX I’ve had 2 Tesla’s and i won’t be a Cybertruck because of the looks. Tech is amazing! Make a more reasonable looking truck and it will sell 4-5x as much as existing model. Maybe even more.

@ChrisMartzWX I hear what you’re saying but you really should ride in one. It would ease your feelings about the external optics.

If Elon Musk designed a Cybertruck that looked similar to my Ram 1500, I’d consider going electric. I’m not too big on futuristic-looking things; they’re bland and lack character.

@ronrule If you think that’s a broken system look at real estate. They want me to give them 6% the value of my home whether is a $100k home or $10 million home they want 6%.

Percentages make no sense for tipping. I go to a restaurant and order a $20 steak. Guy at the table next to me orders a $100 steak. If I tip $5 I’m considered a great tipper, but he’s expected to tip at least $20. Why? The server literally did the same amount of work!

@iannorfolk1 @MichaelPBento You are paying a big premium. A lot easier for the $630 to double in value than the $680. Also more risk with the $630. More risk = more reward.

@RedDogT3 Screw the oscillator time to be short, mark it!

$SPY had a big rally from $629 to ~$681, and Wednesday’s gap-up held and extended to another high yesterday. The oscillator is now +60, making it tough for new buys, but it doesn’t mean you need to be short.

$SPY they are about to flip the self switch. Grab some puts at least one week out ideally two weeks out.

@infraa_ You aren’t missing anything you have caught on. Next step is position yourself with some puts and make sure to have enough time on them for the move to play out. But we are heading down for next leg lower.

The S&P 500 is now less than 1% lower than it was when the war broke out That seems a bit mispriced, given a 50%+ move higher in oil and significantly heightened geopolitical tensions Or am I missing something?

$SPX $SPY A few days before my winter break, I suggested that the market could see a V-shaped recovery. Against all odds and despite what everyone else thought, this possibility seems to be gaining more and more validation.
