The one exercise I see in people who live the longest:
Walking.
Getting 8000 steps has been associated with up to a 50% reduced rate of mortality.
It protects the brain through neuroplasticity.
It’s the most underrated exercise on the planet.

Walking ~7000 steps/day vs. ~2000 steps/day is associated with: - 47% lower all-cause mortality - 47% lower cardiovascular disease mortality - 37% lower cancer mortality - 38% lower dementia risk - 22% lower depression If you care about your health, start walking.

@patriotdog Pho was never expensive because the ingredients were cheap, it was affordable because the labor was invisible.
Now that labor has a price tag, so does the bowl.
Food didn't get fancy, the people making it just stopped being free.

I’m asking this in good faith: Why is this becoming a thing? Eric Dane’s death is awful & I was really sad to see it. His net worth was widely estimated at several million dollars. I don’t understand why his family needs a GoFundMe.

🇯🇵 “People say the rules in Japan are too strict”
Bro: “Yes, they are, but you don’t have to come here”
Q: “So don’t come to Japan if you don’t want to respect the rules?”
Bro: “Yes, don’t come… but if you respect our rules, come — and I’ll drink a beer with you”
Love it

I’m trying to wrap my head around why so many people are having a problem with Bad Bunny performing at the Super Bowl.
What’s the issue? What’s the problem?
Is Puerto Rico part of the US or not?
Are Puerto Ricans US Citizens or not?
You can’t pick and choose when they can be considered Americans, y’all need to make up your mind.
You can’t basically take over a country and then be upset when they want representation at the halftime show of an American sport because guess what? They’re American too.
But really what is it?
Is it because you don’t speak Spanish?
Is because you’ve never left your hometown in the US to travel the world and learn a new language?
To experience new cultures?
The halftime show is supposed to be entertainment, and that’s what it was.
Get your head out of your ass and understand not everything revolves around the USA and English.
Like it or not Bad Bunny is the biggest artist in the world right now. Y’all are just so self-centered and caught up in your own little world to realize it’s much bigger the world is outside of the English language - especially when it comes to music.
Learn Spanish, it’s not that hard.
