Added support for Cosserat rods to Jolt Physics. This is a stick constraint with an orientation that can be used to attach geometry. Can be used e.g. to simulate vegetation in a cheap way.

Not specifically focusing anything other than Windows for now, but I tried to minimize platform specific code. So it should be doable, but probably best if someone who actually uses Linux fixes those parts of the code and can test it properly. So far, I essentially just told AI or Grok to make the code platform agnostic when I wrote windows specific code, whether it actually worked I have no idea lol
