besides just the physical attraction aspect, there's also the health aspect... "bigger" people tend to have lower energy, have mobility limitations, a shorter lifespan, and are prone to risk of chronic diseases.
most people will make the assumption that if you're obese, you have poor self-discipline, are emotionally unstable, have unhealthy habits, or low motivation.
it's good to be confident, and it's good to not care how others percieve you...
