@millercornerr Your original ticket will be valid on the two services before or after your booked one. There is a fault with the signalling system at Leeds so delays and cancellations are in place this evening i'm afraid. ^JM

Confused as to how we booked advance singles on a super off peak train - usually these trains are advertised as such & are super off peak by default when buying. I’m sure this train wasn’t super off peak when we bought the tickets or we’dve bought super off peak

@WestMidRailway hey there we have an advance single for the 14:06 train from Birmingham new street to London Euston but looking on trainline this journey is also super off peak. Does that mean we can get a different super off peak train with our advance single tickets? Thank you
