This chart is actually very significant for $OPEN. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Weekly acquisition contracts are now up +13% week over week, with 655 total contracts versus only 119 during the same period last year. That is an enormous year over year acceleration. The most important takeaway: Opendoor’s operational momentum appears to be improving even while the broader housing market remains weak. If this trend continues: • transaction velocity improves • inventory turnover accelerates • margins stabilize • AI pricing models become more efficient then the market may eventually realize this is no longer the same company investors saw in previous years. Personally, this chart looks less like a temporary rebound and more like a company rebuilding demand and scale in real time.
