I just got laid off from Meta. Obviously it sucks to lose the income. But between the never-ending layoffs, stack ranking, etc., I'm good. Pretty convinced that when I look back at this moment a few years into the future, I'll be grateful it happened. There's a lot I want to say here, but I'll save that for another day. Either way it's been a privilege to have been a part of the ride. On to the next adventure.

Right now zero. But it’s really only in pilot mode in southeastern nc I have a couple different models I’m looking at. Lender distribution, agent, consumer Lender likely $100 per consumer at closing through agent network Agent $100 per month with full toolkit access and post close for 50 clients. $20 extra monthly for ever 10 added after that Consumer one time $29.99 to use and $10 per month once closed for post close experience - Note for consumer: Move concierge has teamed up and we are worldly on api connection now. I get rev share on consumers so if they use them I’ll refund 29.99 back if they sign up for 1 year on post close These are preliminary numbers as I complete building. I’ll come out and say this now I’d love to take what I’ve built with pikit.ai and change the entire industry together with $OPEN Now that @nejatian and @morganb are on board with agents, what I built and still building is fuel to the agent partnership division at @Opendoor Both of us can be very successful without each other but will be more successful FASTER with each other Was I harsh a lot, absolutely, but it’s only because I strongly believe agents have a Key role in opens turn around story. Now that this has happened you have my full support @nejatian

Also @morganb & @nejatian I have several patents filed covering audio map touring and spacial 3d budget constraint room designs coupled with spacial PIM as well. Below is email from attorney on state of the art search. This would be a huge add on for $OPEN down the road Imaging saying design this room for under 15k with coastal design, and boom in seconds it gives you tables, chairs, rugs, wall art, etc with different options for each and pricing on everything with anti hallucinating. That’s exactly what’s filed here and looking very positive Again there are multiple reasons you guys would want talk to me I have had half the OPEN board follow me for almost over a year, spoken to you dev team multiple times before you came in Kaz, have spoken to @shrisha and Carrie, spoken to multiple within and they all received things well. In fact before you came in @nejatian I was going to help $Open in Q1 of this year with these ideas. I went ahead and started developing on my own. Pikit.ai is a version of what I wanted to help you develop, it’s not exactly the same given distribution without open is different

$OPEN hit roughly 700 contracts last week. I think we will hit the 6000 quarter cap in Q2. In combination with all the lowered costs, faster turnovers and higher margins, I think we will NET POS already in Q3. It's just a guess. But I wouldn't be surpriced. I think Kaz knows we will be net pos earlier. I mean, we are adjusted ebitda pos right now on a rolling 12. I mean, it's not much left in order to reach profit. I don't think he needs 9 months for that.

I have enormous confidence in AMC and the 2026/2027 box office. So today, using my own money, I bought 250,000 more AMC shares personally, at market price. I now own outright 2,437,020 AMC shares, raising the total where I have an economic interest to 12,322,429 AMC shares* It actually can be very hard for a CEO of a public company to buy shares. You have to clear having possession of any material non public information, sort out implications of any ongoing debt and equity transactions, and not be in a quiet period before when earnings will be announced. I was finally in a position to buy even more AMC shares today, and I did. As I said, I have great confidence in AMC’s future. So, again today, I put my money where my mouth is. This brings my holdings up to 12.3 million shares* of AMC common stock. My understanding is that I have been, and now even more so I remain, AMC’s biggest individual retail investor. I should probably mention that I have not sold even a single share of AMC stock since January of 2022, more than four years ago.
