@GretchenPSmith I'd recommend getting a dog. Don't get a Yorkie! They are terrorists. The rule the roost and constantly demand attention. I'm having to write this tweet from the closet to mine doesn't catch me! Damn dog it too smart for his own good, but he is my best buddy.

Once I get settled into my new place, I think I may get a dog. My Charley passed away in Nov during my divorce. It was a devastating loss. He was almost 13 yrs old. I still miss him. He was a Morkie. Any thoughts on what I should get next? I think I need a guard dog. Charley was NOT a guard dog lol….

They alredy have the car under their control. In Section 24220 of the IIJA they mandated that automakers install technology to detect driver impairment. NHTSA was supposed to have it implemented by November 2024, but postponed it to 2027. It is only a short step at that point to do a full kill switch for all cars. For instance if you stray out of you 15 minute city too many times, you car won't start. Haven't we had enough of big government people!?

@Cholly That is exactly what is happening. They never see their ballot because someone else is voting it and they either don't know they are registered or they are not going to complain.

My Theory: yes, there are some illegal aliens on the voter rolls, casting votes. The bigger problem is the dataset the illegal aliens generate that can be used to bloat the voter rolls > generate masses of unverified mail-in ballots. Franken-voters & ghost voters can be generated by laundering and refactoring bits and pieces of legit data to create wholly new voters. It’s highly likely many illegals have no idea votes have been cast in their names over the past 10-12 years. And Franken-voters + ghost voters would go completely unchecked because no individual would even be able to detect a record that used only parts of their actual data. Where did my theory originate? The canvassing report published by USEIP.org About 1 in 10 CO voting records from 2020 had anomalies… @AsheinAmerica @ShawnSmith1776 @ElJefe53209440 @realkarenjean @KanekoaTheGreat

Illegal aliens are only a small part of our election fraud problem. We have many dead and incapacitated people voting as well as people that have moved or changed addresses that are still receiving ballots that are voting too. There are people with duplicate registrations because they changed one or two items in the registration that get ballots too. Put those together and you have anywhere from 120,000 to 500,000 rogue ballots printed for each election. We have not been able to determine if all of those ballots actually get mailed.

@CurveballCO Improving voter confidence is a good start. I talk to so many people that feel that their vote does not count and that the candidates are hand-picked by the party. I tell them that the primary and caucuses give them a chance to find a candidate they like and vote for them.

Right. The bigger question becomes…… How do you get a majority of registered voters to actually turn in their ballots and vote? The last primary had about 35% voter turnout. The general would be somewhat similar. It’s my belief that it’s not a true Democratic process when less than 50% of registered voters turnout out in any election cycle. And the ones that do, 35% in this last cycle, get further strengthened or concentrated by voter fraud. I’ve also considered voter fraud with accountability systems in how total registered voters are accounted for and whether all of them are even receiving ballots in the mail? Some food for thought.

@CurveballCO Like I said before we need to clean up the voter rolls and verify the voter's ID before they turn in their ballot. That simple thing would stop all of what I said.

14.2% state income tax… just imagine. The Colorado state government has used fees as a way to circumvent TABOR and just continue to increase their spending. Don’t be bamboozled by the Democrats again this Fall. Vote NO on NN and force the state legislature to get their spending in order. They don’t need more revenue, they need more competent legislators.
Common Sense Institute Colorado@CSInstituteCO

Colorado's income-tax rate is among the lowest in the country, but fee-funded enterprises tell another part of the story. If the revenue collected by Colorado's fee-funded enterprises in 2025 were instead raised through the state income tax, the current rate would need to rise from 4.4% to 14.22%. Jena and Soros did it again. They got the Colorado Demcrats to pass a bill let allows them to BYPASS ELECTION AUDITS! HB26-1113 — “Modifications to Elections” makes meaningful hand counts practically impossible by imposing expensive, cumbersome 4-judge rules while defaulting recounts to machines. It locks in all-mail, scanner-dependent elections with limited verification, reducing transparency and independent audits in a one-party state. It shields the system from scrutiny rather than ensuring every vote is verifiable. All they do is cheat because nobody wants what they are selling . #copolitics @civilrights @POTUS

@i2idotorg Colorado needs to take some of that abundant and cheap natural gas and make electricity and not put up more interstate transmission lines.

Colorado needs more electric transmission. But new wires alone will not keep the lights on. Gov. Jared Polis has signed Colorado onto a regional agreement intended to accelerate transmission projects across the West. Independence Institute’s Amy Cooke explains why transmission is only half the equation: A reliable grid also requires enough dependable, dispatchable power generation. Colorado should build the infrastructure to move electricity without undermining the resources needed to produce it. That is amazing that it hasn't decreased because many stores don't report shoplifting anymore. When my daughter worked retail, every place she worked told her to just let the person walk out the door. She didn't call the police or anything. They just wrote off the inventory as loss.

Okay I think I responded to all of the blowback from last night's tweet to lay off the machines and focus on voter rolls and auditing. Sorry if I missed anyone, but playing here is just a time killer. I have too many other things to do.

I've worked with and tested the machines in a few counties plus audited election results too. As long as the machines are operated in a strictly controlled environment and used only for counting votes, they are accurate. If you put in thousands of fraudulent ballots it will accurately count them. Hand or machine counted, if you have a good audit process you can detect simple vote flipping. Let's fix those things first. That's what we are working on.

Hand counting does NOT improve election integrity because the same fraudulent ballots are counted and audited. This is a red herring put out there by those that want the cheating to continue. Only when the voter rolls are constantly cleaned properly and new audit controls are put in place including manually auditing ballots against the real cast vote record will our elections be secure. The people attacking the machines are snake oil salesmen.
James Wiley for Secretary of State@redflameliberty

Hand counts are now illegal due to a new statute. This makes verifying election results impossible after the fact, especially after costly attempts at recounts were deemed violations. #ElectionIntegrity #VoterRights

You're right. Most fraud happens in Ballots themselves. We can't recount them because (new in CA 2026) the ballots are thrown away once entered into the machine, where they become an image. Auditing the images is the definition of insanity. I disagree with your statement about machines. They are unsafe and hackable as proven over and over again by forensics teams. Nobody has yet invented a safe Voting Machine. The cheat lies in dirty Rolls including bogus unverified addresses & Citizenship status that churn out Ballots to be mass mailed. Harvesters are the capstone. There ought to be some way to tell original ballots from counterfeit. If in person voting with ID & Citizen check is impossible, it brands America as incompetent since lesser countries do it successfully and in a timely manner. You don't need extra time to Count; you need extra time to Cheat via "found" bags of ballots or bad actors tweaking machine counts.

@redflameliberty ONE DAY ELECTIONS is a great item for your platform. SCOTUS made this an imparative. It is hard to cheat without getting caught if you only have 12 hours to do it. Delete the rolls and start from scratch.

LOL. You got me there bud! I'm just tired of people talking about the machines all of the time whether it is Peters, Cook, Smith, Lundberg, or whoever. You just got the brunt of it. I wish we could unite our message and all work together so we don't get continiously labled election deniers. Amanda would be a woke total disaster. I want you to have the credibility to demolish her.

I believe it is probable too in a controlled environment. My point is that if we don't have accurate voter rolls, the machines or counting doesn't matter. As long as I can inject fraudulent ballots into the system and they go undetected, I can rig any race. Early results software allows them to see the races they need to jack. Too many organizations have access to those results. We couldn't even get the list of names sent to the printer in Boulder County via a CORA request to compare to the voter rolls. I'd just like to see you emphasize clean rolls, shorter "election day" (one would be the target and not days), verification of who is on the rolls, and impoved auditing by someone other than the SoS.

I always have something to learn, but I'm pretty up to speed in this area. I'm not going to go point-by-point with your paper here and I agree with many of the points you mention because many of us are pursuing those same things. If you noticed, my tweet was a very abbreviated version of the points you mentioned. My point is that if we don't start with the voter rolls, the rest of the stuff is moot. Going after tabulating machines is a red herring especially if we can implement good auditing practices like each county have the canvas board randomly pull a statiscially significantly sample of paper ballots and directly compare them to the CVR. Machine or hand count, you will discover inaccurate counts that way. Many of the things you mention will never fly in Colorado at least in the current environment. Incrementalism is how we got to where we are so we should use the same technique to change it back. We are trying to change the things we can change in the current environment (people) and with the current laws. Going for everything on your list is impractical in Colorado or even the US. Look at something as simple as The SAVE America Act. My point is that James should not focus on the machines and more making changes to the voter rolls: who gets on them and how they are maintained plus fix the auditing problems we have. I am more than welcome to talk to you about the suggestions you are proposing. I was out of state for Freedom Fest but I'm back here now. You know how to find me.

What is wrong with the machines as long as they are strictly tabulating machines and paper ballots still exist? We have insured that remote access has been removed from every machine in Colorado and physical security is limited to a closed network that is audited. If we improve the audit process to compare actual random paper ballots to the actual cast vote record, we can statistically be assured that the count is accurate. This change is necessary whether hand or machine counted. Mystery vote count flipping can be detected by a properly conducted audit of which we are working to create. There is no secret or mystery chip added by the CCP, Venezuelans, CIA, DNC, or any other organization that would enable this to happen. I've tested these machines in a few counties and have confidence that they can accurately count votes under controlled circumstances.
