When I was 10 I stole an erasure in the shape of my first name initial, from WH Smiths in town. I felt so guilty and believed I would be tracked down through my first name. So much so that I returned the erasure the next day to a different WH Smith store.

I have precisely ZERO idea what people are doing when they inspect inside their egg boxes at the supermarket. But for 20 odd years I've dutifully opened the box, nodded appreciatively, and then put my eggs in the trolley without the faintest idea what the hell I'm doing or why.

Working in a call centre many years ago a mate and I used to play a game of who could get the most downwards red arrows on a comment on a Daily Mail story for that day, record 4631 for saying the Queen dressed like a nymphomaniac.

@CarrieHFletcher This was one of my favourite films as a teenager so I'm hoping it gets a London transfer so I can see it!

Driving down the M6 my phone fell out of the holder, fell under the pedals and phoned 999. I had 26 minutes of shouting I'm okay, I dropped my phone till I reached the services. Had to wait an hour so the police could search my car

@humphca @UberFacts Thank you, I was really confused how he could have possibly escaped the Titanic 28 years later and live to tell the tale 😅

@UberFacts Punctuation is critical.... *allowing his escape. 28 years later at the age of 66 The placement of the period changes is completely and correctly. Otherwise, he was trapped under water for 28 years......

@katiemc98928517 @NikCotter_ Singing along is absolutely not fine. I've paid lots of money to watch the professional performers do it, not Debbie in the row behind me who can't sing, it's not a karaoke bar.

@NikCotter_ Singing is fine. It’s the getting up and prancing about I can’t stand as us wheelchair users are ignored and can’t see a thing

@LeanneWain @ellenlouise_mt @NikCotter_ The audiences at certain London shows can be feral too. It's usually at the jukebox ones where people know the words funnily enough... when its advertised as 'the biggest party of the year' people take this too literally and as an invitation and the marketing needs to be changed!

@fesshole I was eating fish and chips with my son. Police burst in on us. They insisted on searching the house for intruders. While they were just explaining why they were there my land line made that high pitch noise when it’s off the hook. They had blue lighted for 6 miles 😬 oops
