What is going on @RoyalMail ?! Order was supposed to delivered on 7th January. What kind of backlog can you have that you don’t even give me an update this many days later?! Absolute joke.
@ZARA you still did nothing to address the fact package didn’t arrive. There is even a logged customer service case. Absolutely unbelievable. It has now been 2 weeks!

@RoyalMail I have not received my package and your ambiguous status updates do not help. There has been absolutely no attempts to deliver this package and it is a package small enough to fit in mailbox. I can’t get any updates. How is this acceptable?!
@dhlexpressuk your customer service is so poor. I received email about package delivery for this past Monday and since then it has been “held”. Meanwhile the tracking ID is not recognisable but your system! No one to help with now 3 days delayed package. Please fix this asap!
@dhlexpressuk horrible service. First you “attempt to deliver package” but note issue with address on 14th and it simply isn’t true as your driver didn’t even attempt to call and I was home entire time. And no issue with address. Then you promise 16th . Lie again. Now no response

@ExpediaUK spent entire day with support trying just to nove my fully flexible hotel rezervatom dates by one day. Each reprezentative “gets an error”. Is there a limit to how Poor your service is @ExpediaHelp ?

@ExpediaUK, I regret ever using your services. "Youcan change the flights at a £150 cost" changed to 'cannot change the flights due to airline policy', only cancel at full cost. You manage to go a step further by bundling the flights so I am not able to even change one flight -
