Why is Trita Parsi @tparsi, former president of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), which serves as a mouthpiece for the Iranian regime, on Bannon’s War Room @Bannons_WarRoom spewing Islamic propaganda in support of a regime that threatened to assassinate President Trump? At NIAC @NIACouncil, Parsi and his group promoted lifting sanctions on Iran during the Obama administration in support of the Iran nuclear deal that Barack Hussein Obama reached with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Many people have accused NIAC of lobbying for and promoting the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Parsi has attacked the protestors in Iran who are protesting for their freedom. Why is conservative media being Islamified? Parsi is co-founder and executive vice president of the Quincy Institute, which recently sponsored the Doha Forum in Qatar, where Tucker Carlson spoke. A lot of conservative media is platforming simps for Iran and Qatar these days. Bad look. Very alarming.

Let me be clear: the people of Kurdistan remain fully united in our struggle against the Islamic Republic and in pursuit of an Iran based on democracy, human rights, and political participation that guarantees the rights of all nationalities, including the Kurds. Whether or not we choose to participate in any opposition coalition does not diminish our view. Mr Pahlavi’s remarks weaken the unity and solidarity of the Iranian people - which is our most powerful weapon against a treacherous enemy, the Islamic Republic. They weaken social cohesion by spreading hatred and sowing division among us. By echoing the regime’s false narratives against Kurds, they serve to legitimise past repression. What the brutal regime could not accomplish in 47 years of killings and repression - breaking the Kurds and silencing our rightful voice - you will not be able to achieve either. Where fathers and grandfathers failed, despite all their executions, exiles, violence and schemes to strip the Kurdish people of our identity, sons will not accomplish either.

NO! The Iranian Nazi regime should not “make a deal.”  No more phony deals and fake peace declarations with that regime. It must UNCONDITIONALLY SURRENDER in every respect and face a wartime tribunal or be DESTROYED!

روزنامه لو فیگارو به نقل از چند منبع گزارش داد علی خامنه‌ای پیش از آغاز سرکوب‌های اخیر در ایران هدف یک اقدام داخلی در درون ساختار نظام قرار گرفته بود. این روزنامه نوشت این اقدام با هدایت حسن روحانی، رییس‌جمهور پیشین، در شب ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی‌ماه و در اوج اعتراضات با هدف کنار گذاشتن خامنه‌ای صورت گرفت. لو فیگارو به نقل از یک منبع مطلع نوشت: «حسن روحانی اعضای دولت سابق خود، از جمله محمدجواد ظریف، برخی روحانیون قم و چهره‌هایی از سپاه پاسداران را گرد هم آورد تا رهبر جمهوری اسلامی را از مدیریت بحران کنار بزند.» این منبع افزود: «این اقدام شکست خورد، زیرا علی لاریجانی که در این نشست نماینده‌ای داشت، در نهایت از آن حمایت نکرد.» لو فیگارو اضافه کرد به‌منظور جلوگیری از درز اطلاعات، مسعود پزشکیان، رییس‌جمهور دولت جمهوری اسلامی، عمدا از این طرح کنار گذاشته شده بود. این روزنامه فرانسوی همچنین نوشت این ماجرا به حصر خانگی چندروزه حسن روحانی و محمدجواد ظریف و همچنین بازداشت و سپس آزادی برخی چهره‌های اصلاح‌طلب نزدیک به آنها انجامید. iranintl.com/202602221645

First the NYT reports Rouhani is part of a list #Iran's regime is drawing up for a "Delcy"-like scenario should Khamenei be taken out. Now Le Figaro reports Rouhani was part of an internal effort to sideline Khamenei--there were reports of Rouhani being arrested in the January timeframe but that was later denied. Seems like some elements of the Islamic Republic are trying to use the Western media to position Rouhani as the "good guy" for external audiences to save the regime. Buyer beware.
