Lots of non tech friends want openclaws. So far i've set them up on VMs, but this is getting heavy. Are there any good multi-tenant openclaw setups or alt-claws yet that are good enough?

To the people who say openclaw is absolute magic and increasing their productivity 100x... Are you still having to deal with it being a big dumb dumb buggy head several times a day? Where things just break randomly? Or do you truly have a magic system and setup where everything is just glorious and works perfectly?

Longgang, a district in Shenzhen, has published draft policy measures to attract @OpenClaw developers and one-person AI agent companies. The incentive package includes - free deployment zones, - up to 2M RMB in dev subsidies, - 30% hardware subsidies, and - up to 10M RMB in seed equity for youth-led projects. The issuing body is Longgang's AI & Robotics Bureau, the first district-level AI agency in China, less than a year old. I kinda love (and hate) that a single Chinese district is operating at a level of AI industrial policy most US cities haven't even started thinking about.

what’s a simple, high-quality, and cost effective LLM setup for openclaw? currently testing Qwen 3.5 35B as the main model (run locally) + delegation to Claude Code w/ Opus 4.6 for coding so far so good, but give me a better setup if you have one

Pays interest on your cash, 24x7 usable. - Debit/credit card to bridge to fiat (until you can buy your coffee with YLDS). Rewards in cash, crypto and OPEN stocks? - High yield on YLDS/fiat through democratized prime. Expand to other DeFi protocols over time. - Robust dApp universe. @boxmining @AskVenice Just switch up the model for lower intelligence tasks. Use Kimi or Minimax for 80% of day to day tasks. They are pretty competent.

The required cost of capital to launch a software company will trend towards zero and the role of early stage venture capital will shift towards: 1) Distribution - through media reach or network access for future users, customers, partners or investors 2) Signal - external validation by a trusted brand with real skin that asserts the company a quicker path to trust and a resume of quality 3) Governance - as much as founders don't like to hear this - board quality, decision hygiene, accountability, resolving founder/exec conflicts 4) Service - differentiated investment team led guidance, expertise or unique platform services that aren't found elsewhere, including regulatory access, lobbying/political access, access to proprietary data sets We've seen this shift since 2021 but IMO this will be a far bigger accelerant of the commodification of capital that we've seen since.
