I cancelled on the correct calendar day. A week-long ‘investigation’ later: no reservation, no service, no credit, no way to travel — just the charge. Unacceptable. Case #13692028

Well said. I have a love-hate relationship with WFH, but I’d still much rather have a place to go where people, innovation, collaboration, productivity, and social converge. Does that make me “old school’?

Im back in Toronto and its obvious its us Founders / Investors vs Everything... Having many conversations with leaders here and it seems we lost our collaboration fabric here in the city! Today I returned to a become the first athlete with disabilities to cross all five Great Lakes for Canadian kids in crisis. Tonight I party with Toronto and Hazel McCallion who I had a buttertart with on my arrival and we raise more money for Canadian kids in crisis. 🇨🇦

All Canadian Airports, especially @yulaeroport, get your shit together! Sitting on the tarmac for an hour waiting for crew is unacceptable.

I just became the 2nd Canadian and the first person with disabilities to cross Lake Huron. Total time 28 hrs, 22 minutes and 49 seconds. I'm so tired but I'm home Canada💙

My Dad is lovely and apparently his whole office has already started ordering. Love him!
