@sibinmohan Sadly I think it is due to the conditioning in STEM fields where the achievements on women are not given the same recognition that men's achievements get.
Take Marie Curie as an example. She is by far the best scientist we have had but not close to the same popularity as Einstein

Met my student’s fiancée recently and she was gushing about how smart he is and then I asked her what she does. Turns out she’s an aerospace+mechanical engineer who’s working on polymers for space vehicles! “Like for Artemis” in her own words!

Not sure what this says because irl the women I meet who think they’re smarter than me are the crystals astrology types but I’ll meet another and she’ll say “oh so you’re *smart* smart” after mentioning my engineering job and then she says she’s doing a PHD in molecular biology

@zapper_wolf I understand copper gear seem weak and that's fair , but what their were meant to do ? Make them better than iron ofc not , BUT , for RP servers that limit iron/ diamond numbers in the world this is a great middle ground !
