@ilaczkokerr @LeslieFeinzaig This is true for when giving feedback for all and any relationship (work or personal) that we hold.

@LeslieFeinzaig My advice, unsolicited and for what it's worth, ask them first if it's OK to share feedback/if the want feedback from you. If you're willing to give it, offer it when they're ready to receive it. That puts the responsibility on them to determine and manage.

Unpopular opinion: I now understand why VCs don't generally give founders feedback. Unless you know the founder well and have a trusted relationship already, the risk that they're not ready to hear it is too high.
