The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it. This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this. @data_republican Lawyers have nothing to do with this process. Legislators and citizens from each state, as delegates, perform this process. Congress has done this 27 times; it's time for the people to use Article V, bypassing Congress altogether.

I have not actively supported a Convention of States, but more and more it's looking like our only hope. I'm not against it, and I signed the petition. And if it actually does happen, I think it's a dim hope.
