Last night at 1:45 AM, @DelhiPolice barged into my home, No search warrant, No Notice , while my 6-year-old and my wife watched in fear. Why? Because I am representing a Congress karyakarta being wrongly targeted by BJP’s misuse of police and law. For 17 years, I have upheld the law, but last night, the law was weaponised to silence me. This was not an inquiry; it was intimidation. Earlier, @IYCLegalCell’s X handle was suspended simply because we filed FIRs against BJP IT cell agents spreading fake news. The moment we used the law, they tried to muzzle us online. When that didn’t work, they came to our homes. This is bigger than me. This is a direct attack on every lawyer who dares to stand up. If lawyers are targeted for defending the Constitution, justice itself is under threat. We will not be silenced. We will not bow down.
