Tried his lovely instant protein oat meal and it's a banger! Gives that maggi like taste and actually ready in two minutes, have to just put a scoop in water, heat it, eat and then off to work. The macros are also great. Going to be helpful for me in terms of time management.

Is a tough one. both are pretty much same, ninh binh is a bit closer to hanoi. it also gives you an option to do 3 activities (klook package) - boat ride, hoa lu which is ancient captial and view point hike - which gives some nice views... halong is similar but in sea.. where transfers are longer, and limited cruises mean there can be rush. hence - ninh binh
