Due to the current situation in the Middle East and the impact on postal and courier services, we are currently unable to send hard copies of Police Certificates and International Child Protection Certificates (ICPCs) to the following countries:

Iran, Iraq, Israel, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon. Please see service updates on our website for more information. Anyone who has applied for a certificate prior to this notice will be contacted by our team to establish an alternative address.

@easyJet @easyJetholidays YOU HAVE LOST MY LUGGAGE! Luton has to be the worse airport I’ve even seen! I’ve landed in Alicante and You have lost my luggage. I haven’t given any information on when my luggage will arrive. DO BETTER! I’m really stressed about this.
