So much happening with Prince William in the past 48 hours and I love catching up on those engagements. The Duke of Cornwall is truly putting the light and focus on Cornwall and improving the residents lives. Yesterday, he was visiting the housing project for his Homeward project in Nansledan, Cornwall and looking at it taking shape, merely 3 years from the launch🤩 Naysayers criticised him, said "he was just talking for publicity", that "the project was too ambitious and would not work", and yet, William said he will do something about homelessness and he is doing it.👌🏽 That is where the rubber meets the road: he is a man of his words, and when he commits to something he delivers on it; and that is why he is the indicated person for this "ambitious" project, unlike many leaders🔥 Today, he is on the Isle of Scilly opening the new hospital facility at St Mary to increase the medical capacity of the Island and meeting with staff and patients. He is not merely opening the new wing, he has been involved in working with partners to help bring forward this vital project of developing the Healthcare system on Scilly and the peoject also started in 2024.❤️ So again, we see genuine interest and commitment to his work and project but beyond it, we see the RESULTS. It is not lost on me that he started all these projects in 2024, the hardest year of his life emotionally with Catherine and his father battling Cancer. AND YET, William did not shutdown and focus on self- pity, he poured his energy in his work, in thinking about how to make others lives better and this year, he can truly see the results: his wife and family are better, his father is better, the project he invested his time and energy in are all coming to fruition 🔥 Well and so, in Life everything is a matter of outlook, especially during challenges. Prince William took the bitter lemons life threw at him in 2024 and decided to turn it into the sweetest lemonade, by keeping optimism and focusing his energy toward helping others, the results are that in the end, everything worked out for the better for him and for his family❤️ #Princeofwales
