Yes Admins, this update introduces a transformative approach to departmental chargeback and billing. To successfully onboard SharePoint agents, administrators must take the following steps: 1. Turn off the legacy tenant-level pay-as-you-go for SharePoint Agents from Copilot -> Billing & usage. 2. Create the required Billing Policy 3. Connect the Billing Policy to SharePoint Agents. This change ensures precision in financial management, enabling departments to benefit from a streamlined chargeback system. 2️⃣ Ability to Govern Copilot Agents in Your Environment 📌MC 1075602 📌Relevance: Medium 📌Release: June 2025 📌Admin Tasks Required? No Microsoft is announcing the ability to govern Copilot agent development in your environments and enforce governance policies for Copilot agents. This feature will reach general availability on June 16, 2025. This feature introduces controls that allow you to limit Copilot agent sharing, disable anonymous access, and enforce your preferred authentication providers to enhance your organization's security. @sympmarc @powerautomate I’ve really struggled with it! I just automatically switch back to classic 😅

The "new" designer in @powerautomate is an abomination. Why is it so hard to make it go away? It simply doesn't work as well as the "old" designer.

@Joao12Ferreira Many thanks :) the current assets library is in the ‘old’ brand center so sounds like I need to run the PS script to shift it to the ‘new’ brand center. The old site is being ditched.

@missmariebb Thanks, if you already have the assets library in the tenant the system will detect it and will use the site collection as your new brand center. To get the custom fonts you just need to enable the public CDN on the assets library site collection.

@missmariebb @jeffteper Does it reappear at all when you either refresh page or close and revisit site? Also, have you tried via another/multiple browser(s). Not as solution, but to test and get feedback to send to the team. I’ll carry it to a few folks I know for awareness. ⚙️

If anyone has any idea what this is please let me know. It’s so frustrating getting no response and I literally cannot do my job 😭 @jeffteper @mkashman

@JoanneCKlein I think maybe though I got no errors… my SharePoint isn’t showing the gear icon even though I’ve got Full Control access 😭and my apps don’t appear when I click on the waffle menu

I think my production tenant account has been affected by the “Users may be unable to access SharePoint Online sites and receive an authentication error” active issue. 😳 (SP713607) Secondary fix is supposed to complete over the weekend. Here’s hoping. Have you been affected?

@GrhmParks @jeffteper @mkashman Same with the app launcher for me! But when I go to Forms etc it’s totally fine. The search also doesn’t work in SP. It seems to be exclusively an issue in SP.

@missmariebb @jeffteper @mkashman Timely I have just had someone contact me about the same thing, happened a couple of days ago and is also impacting the App Launcher. They are based in North America.

@mkashman @jeffteper Thanks, Mark! I’ve tried multiple browsers, updating browsers, incognito/ private and also different laptops and same issue everywhere. Luckily I have an admin account so I’m able to carry out my work but it’s very frustrating and fortunately I’m not doing any training atm.

@MSFT365Status I have opened a ticket yet zero response and it’s impacting my ability to do work. My site settings gear has disappeared on SharePoint - no changes on my account, I have site admin access and it’s on all browsers. Read multiple reports of this online and no answers

So your Microsoft 365 tenant has been compromised by a malicious app! Here's a step by step guide to block access to the app and remove it from your tenant -Bkmk this! 1️⃣ Go to Microsoft Entra → Enterprise Apps 2️⃣ Select the compromised app 3️⃣ Permissions → Review Permissions
