@tescomobile. Received an email this afternoon with new SIM only deal for my account, been with you for years, and not showing on app or website. Spent ages on webchat and then on the phone. Not showing on my account. So I can't have it! I want this deal. Please advise!

@CooperativeBank Time to leave co op Bank the service is so outdated I will be moving everything over to monzo

So the co op is still down for its mobile app. Tht is a bad state of affairs as tht is more than 36 hrs for a banking service not to b working for ppl. Ppl will vote with their feet & get £200 to switch to a reliable bank who can fix IT systems quicker than the old co op.

@unitedutilities Water has been off a while in Thatto Heath and Grange Park (WA10) areas of St Helens, Merseyside. Lots of people tried to report it but cannot.
