Curious peoples’ thoughts as to the Kim Kardashian situation. TLDR; she got fined over $1m for promoting a crypto for $250k, even though she put #ad, because she didn’t disclose how much she received. My take below 👇🏽

I’ve never once seen someone disclose in a promotional post exactly how much they got paid. The extent I’d expect to be held accountable for is specifying that the post is an ad or having it tagged as promotional. Thoughts? Fair? Unfair? 👇🏽
