Each of these projects aims to improve policymaking and practice, and features a strong partnership with practitioners to align research goals with the needs of election administrators, policymakers, and legislators.

I read your Sept 2024 update to your post election audit analysis and have a specific question on Risk-Limiting Audit. Specifically, is it fair to summarize that from a sampling 1% is discovered to be error that that 1% would be extrapolated to the total to judge if material enough to sample more or a full recount. Seems like an easy question.
