I received a notification of updating my kyc in @DBSBankIndia being a banker posted in a rural branch it’s tough to make time to get it done. Had the opportunity of a leave today and visited Chitradurga branch at 4:14 and still waiting coz the staff there claim everyone is busy

Crazy how they have allocated 3 people in gold loans and not one person to cater for others needs, the assistant manager insisted that I cannot do your kyc at 4:30 and informed me to visit day after tmrow. When I told him my concern making me wait for more than an hour
