@RohOnChain Lol Black-Scholes standalone probably hasn't generated alpha in a year starting in 2 but it is nice for finding implied vol.

@alz_zyd_ There are plenty of math majors who aren't smart enough to do the above. Perhaps they were conscientious enough to regurgitate slightly modified versions of the in-class proofs, but can't do anything else.

People complain about how hard it is to get a job as a mathematician but like, the generalized math job market in the US has been hilariously good for a decade or two. If you're good at math you can do:
- Quant trading
- SWE
- Stats/CS/applied math/econ/finance academia

I'm a Texan, and I don't eat any of this junk. I'm also not aware of anyone else who does—the closest I've ever heard of as a signature Texan breakfast is Texas toast, and even then, I don't know anyone who eats it. Texas is a big state, so it's easy to overgeneralize, but this? Tell me steak, BBQ, or Whataburger are Texan, and then I'll believe you.

Forgot to share at the time because the Instagram promo at the time was a lot (for me at least) but I had a remix on Bass Militia on Bass Militia last September, of Skitzoid's track NRG. Twitter ruins link reach - it's in my LinkTree & all that. Kinda fun 3-genre tune.
