@macroliter Thank you! OMG - about 10,080 images to make public. That's assuming uploading merged Z-stacks and channels! We do all our analysis in @MitoGenie with the option of sharing all the images so I'll check if sharing the data directly from MitoGenie will be ok.

Does anyone know how to deal with images in the NIH data sharing plan? Do all the analyzed images have to be uploaded somewhere? If so, anyone know where?

We are a bit short on staff, that's why it will take a little bit before we fix it. But all our amazing users who reached out regarding this issue are using this alternative method. They have analyzed 15000 images since the beginning of 2023 on Mitogenie!

@LabDittmer Thank you Dirk - good suggestion for the FTP site. Over an entire R01 we end up with thousands of quantified images though - so perhaps too many for a supplement 😬! If an FTP site is ok then perhaps sharing via @mitogenie will work. @MitoGenie any thoughts?
