My dear compatriots,
Moments of destiny lie ahead of us.
The aid that the President of the United States promised to the brave people of Iran has now arrived. This is a humanitarian intervention; and its target is the Islamic Republic, its repressive apparatus, and its machinery of slaughter—not the country and great nation of Iran.
But, even with the arrival of this aid, the final victory will still be forged by our hands. It is we, the people of Iran, who will finish the job in this final battle. The time to return to the streets is near.
Now that the Islamic Republic is collapsing, my message to the country's military, police, and security forces is clear:
You have sworn an oath to protect Iran and the Iranian people—not the Islamic Republic and its leaders. Your duty is to defend the people, not a regime that has taken our homeland hostage through repression and crime. Join the people and help bring about a stable and secure transition. Otherwise, you will go down with Khamenei's sinking ship and his regime.
And my message to the President of the United States, President Trump, is this:
The noble people of Iran, despite the savage repression and massacres of this regime, stood firm with courage for nearly two months. I now ask you to exercise the utmost caution to preserve the lives of civilians and my compatriots. The people of Iran are your natural allies and those of the free world, and they will never forget your support in the most difficult period in contemporary Iranian history.
And to you, my dear compatriots in Iran:
In these sensitive hours and days, more than ever, we must stay focused on our ultimate goal: reclaiming Iran.
I ask you to remain in your homes for now and preserve your safety and security. Stay vigilant and ready so that, at the appropriate time—which I will announce to you precisely—you can return to the streets for the final action.
Follow my messages through social media and satellite media. If there are disruptions to the internet and satellite, I will stay in touch with you via radio waves.
We are very close to final victory. I want to be by your side as soon as possible so that together we can take back and rebuild Iran.

لحظاتی سرنوشتساز پیشِ روی ماست.
کمکی که رئیسجمهور ایالات متحده به مردم شجاع ایران وعده داده بود، اکنون رسیده است. این یک مداخله بشردوستانه است؛ و هدف آن، جمهوری اسلامی، دستگاه سرکوب و ماشین کشتار آن است؛ نه کشور و ملت بزرگ ایران.
اما، با وجود رسیدن این کمک، پیروزی نهایی همچنان به دست ما رقم خواهد خورد. این ما ملت ایران هستیم که در این آخرین نبرد کار را تمام خواهیم کرد. زمان بازگشت به خیابانها نزدیک است.
اکنون که جمهوری اسلامی در حال فروپاشی است، پیام من به نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی کشور روشن است:
شما سوگند خوردهاید حافظ ایران و ملت ایران باشید، نه حافظ جمهوری اسلامی و سرکردگانش. وظیفه شما دفاع از مردم است، نه دفاع از رژیمی که با سرکوب و جنایت، میهن ما را به گروگان گرفته است. به ملت بپیوندید و به یک گذار باثبات و امن کمک کنید. در غیر این صورت، با کشتی درهمشکسته خامنهای و رژیمش غرق خواهید شد.
و پیام من به رئیسجمهور ایالات متحده، پرزیدنت ترامپ، این است:
ملت شریف ایران، با وجود سرکوب و کشتار وحشیانه این رژیم، نزدیک به دو ماه با دلاوری ایستادگی کرد. اینک از شما میخواهم بیشترین احتیاط ممکن را برای حفظ جان غیرنظامیان و هممیهنانم به کار ببرید. مردم ایران، متحدان طبیعی شما و جهان آزادند، و یاری شما در سختترین دوره تاریخ معاصر ایران را فراموش نخواهند کرد.
و به شما هممیهنان عزیزم در ایران:
در این ساعتها و روزهای حساس، بیش از هر زمان دیگر باید بر هدف نهایی خود متمرکز بمانیم: بازپسگرفتن ایران.
من از شما میخواهم که در حال حاضر در خانههای خود بمانید و آرامش و امنیت خود را حفظ کنید. هوشیار و آماده باشید تا در زمان مناسب، که بهطور دقیق به اطلاع شما خواهم رساند، برای اقدام نهایی به خیابانها باز گردید.

My fellow countrymen,
Today, the updated version of the Emergency Phase Booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project is being released.
The Iran Prosperity Project is the fifth component of our five-part strategy to reclaim and rebuild Iran. IPP presents the vision and the plan for the transition to democracy and the reconstruction of the country.
The Emergency Period Booklet focuses on the first six months, the country’s urgent needs, the crises anticipated during this period, as well as the solutions and opportunities, and has been prepared with the direct participation of dozens of experts. The draft of this booklet was presented in the summer of 2025.
In pursuit of maximum transparency and accountability, experts and the general public were invited to share their views with those involved in the project. The IPP team held hundreds of hours of discussions with specialists, reviewed thousands of submitted proposals, and has now presented the updated version.
I thank the leadership, executive team, authors, and advisors of the Iran Prosperity Project for taking this significant step. I also express my gratitude to all those who, in a sincere and constructive manner, offered their suggestions to improve the quality of this booklet.
For the first time in these past decades, a national project of this scale has been completed through broad public participation and within a transparent process. We will continue and apply this approach in the other phases of IPP and in future initiatives.
The Emergency Booklet outlines the general framework and programs that I support for administering the country in the day after the fall of the Islamic Republic during the first six months of the transitional period. My team and I are committed to these plans and stand ready, after bringing the Lion and Sun Revolution to victory and overthrowing the Islamic Republic, to assume responsibility for the nation’s affairs. Following that, we will guide the process of power transfer, the establishment of the transitional system, the restoration of security, the reconstruction of the country, and the transition to democracy until their completion.
As always, the support and trust of you, the great nation of Iran, have been and will remain my greatest asset.

هممیهنان عزیزم، امروز نسخه بهروزشده کتابچه دوران اضطرار پروژه شکوفایی ایران منتشر میشود. پروژه شکوفایی ایران، بخش پنجم از استراتژی پنجگانه ما برای بازپس گرفتن ایران و دوباره ساختن آن است. پروژه شکوفایی، چشمانداز و برنامه گذار به دموکراسی و بازسازی کشور را ارائه میکند. کتابچه دوران اضطرار در شش ماه اول، نیازهای فوری کشور، بحرانهای پیش رو در این دوره، و راه حلها و فرصتها تمرکز دارد، و با مشارکت مستقیم دهها متخصص تهیه شده است. پیشنویس این کتابچه در تابستان ۱۴۰۴ ارائه شد. در راستای شفافیت و پاسخگویی حداکثری، از متخصصان و عموم مردم خواسته شد نظرات خود را با دستاندرکاران در میان بگذارند. تیم پروژه شکوفایی صدها ساعت با متخصصان به گفتگو نشست؛ هزاران پیشنهاد رسیده را بررسی کرد و اینک نسخه بهروزشده را ارائه کرده است. من از مدیریت، تیم اجرایی، نویسندگان، و مشاوران پروژه شکوفایی ایران برای برداشتن این گام بلند سپاسگزارم. همچنین از همه کسانی که به شکلی دلسوزانه و سازنده، پیشنهادهای خود را برای بهبود کیفیت این کتابچه ارائه کردند تشکر میکنم. برای نخستین بار در این چند دهه، پروژهای ملی و در این ابعاد، با مشارکت همگانی و در یک روند شفاف انجام شده و به سرانجام رسیده است. ما این روند را در دیگر فازهای پروژه شکوفایی و دیگر پروژهها ادامه خواهیم داد و استفاده خواهیم کرد. کتابچه اضطرار، رئوس کلی ساختار و برنامههای مورد حمایت من برای اداره کشور در فردای سقوط جمهوری اسلامی در شش ماه نخست دوران گذار است. من و تیم همراهم به این برنامهها متعهدیم و آمادهایم که پس از رساندن انقلاب شیروخورشید به سرمنزل پیروزی و سرنگون کردن جمهوری اسلامی، زمام امور را در دست بگیریم. در پی آن، فرایند انتقال قدرت، استقرار سامانه گذار، ایجاد امنیت، بازسازی کشور، و گذار به دموکراسی را هدایت کرده و به سرانجام خواهیم رساند. چون همیشه، حمایت و اعتماد شما ملت بزرگ ایران، بزرگترین سرمایه من بوده و خواهد بود. پاینده ایران، رضا پهلوی

Iraq was attacked by the US during Ramadan and it sickening to know that the US is again going to attack Iran during Ramadan. The US apparently loves to strike Muslim countries during Ramadan and I am convinced it isn’t what these countries have done to violate international law but about who they worship.
