Sharing today’s exchange intimation with an update on India’s Online Gaming Regulation and our related actions. With the passage of the Promotion & Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025, PokerBaazi (operated by Moonshine, where Nazara holds a 46.1% stake) has ceased real money online gaming operations in India. Moonshine has a strong technology platform, founders & team and will pivot its business into long term, sustainable direction going ahead. This has no impact on Nazara’s consolidated revenues or EBITDA. We will evaluate the potential impairment of our investment in Moonshine, but with our strong revenues, profitability, and cash flows, Nazara is well placed to absorb any impact with ease. On the positive side, the Bill provides strong support for esports, social, and casual gaming, areas where Nazara has a leading presence. This positions us well to benefit from regulatory clarity and future growth in these segments. For over 25 years, Nazara has turned every disruption into an opportunity to come out stronger.
