@currys @BBCWatchdog Not really any point as I have done this before as well as numerous emails and phone calls and escalating to the CDRL, still nothing! I am still stuck with a TV which keeps malfunctioning and is known for the issues I am experiencing

@McDonaldsUK I was really looking forward to trying the Mighty McMuffin with brown sauce this morning, however when I got to work what I had actually received was a Double Sausage Egg MC Muffin with ketchup!

@currys spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone 17th May wanting to make a complaint, was told someone would call me back within 24 hours though could be 72. Now been 145 hours and still nothing! Customer service has been shocking and been without a TV since 3rd!

@currys reported issues with TV through Care&Repair after it has already been taken away once for same issues, advised wanted a diff TV as I have found that this one is prone to issues, have to wait up to a week without any TV not even knowing if my request will be accepted! 😡
