@AmazonHelp Which email? As I keep getting the same automated email from cs-reply@amazon.co.uk? That says they have looked into this and worked with the carrier but they haven’t as I asked them to call the depot and they refused.

@AmazonHelp I’ve had an empty Amazon box delivered instead of an iPhone this morning and spent all morning trying to sort out a replacement and now stuck waiting for someone to get in touch after speaking to two unhelpful people on the phone! This needs sorting! #stolenparcel

@AmazonHelp As the item was stolen while in your possession they will not allow me to raise with them. All I keep getting is an email saying the case has been looked into but no one has even asked me for the phot/video proof of an empty item being delivered.
