@YusufAsunmogejo What is not ok is me stating that the original seller wants to sell the car for 3m. This is me using falsehood to take the buyers money. It will be permissible if I openly states that I was able to negotiate it to 2m but honestly my own markup is 1m.

@YusufAsunmogejo It's more about disclosure as against false narratives. Even if I haven't paid for the car but I make it clear to the proposed buyer that I will buy it to sell to him at 3m even without disclosing the price I am buying and he doesn't ask, as long as the 3m is fair to him,it'sok

Walaikum Salam. If you buy that car for 2 million, it becomes your property and you take the full risk of ownership. At that point, selling it for 3 million is legitimate trade because you are selling what you own. However, if you are just a middleman who has not bought the car yet, you are in dangerous territory. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade selling what you do not possess. You need permission from the owner first. Ibn Abbas mentioned that there is no harm if the owner says: "Sell this for 2 million, and whatever is more is yours." Without that agreement or ownership, taking a million in secret is "Ghabn," which is a form of deception in pricing. Islamic business is built on transparency, not on manipulating prices while you have no skin in the game. You should be either a clear owner who takes a risk or a known agent who takes a commission. If you are hiding the true price from both sides to pocket a 50% markup, you are building your profit on a foundation of secrecy. Your gain should come from the service you provide or the risk you carry, not through deceit. Allah knows best.

@_ArsenalMuse We need a solid striker. Not because Gyokeres is bad but because Jesus and Havertz are supposed to leave this summer

🚨📰 Viktor Gyökeres reaches a milestone not seen at Arsenal since Alexis Sánchez with his brace against Fulham. The Swede has come in for plenty of criticism this season, but with a vital goal against Atlético last week followed by a brace yesterday, he’s proven he can step up when it counts. Interestingly, Gyökeres also netted his 20th goal of the season against Fulham, and in doing so achieved something no Arsenal striker has managed in over a decade In fact, it’s something Arsenal fans haven’t seen from a new signing in years. Not since Alexis Sánchez in the 2015 season has a player reached 20 goals in their debut campaign for the club. That means over a decade has passed, with several big signings unable to achieve what Gyökeres now has. Via [afcnewsroom] Gooners, based on what Gyökeres has achieved in his first season at Arsenal, do you think we should stick with him as our main striker and focus on strengthening other positions?

If I were Thomas Tuchel, I would never call up Arsenal players who faked injuries to withdraw from the national team. Noni Madueke was the only player who was genuinely injured, while players like Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka clearly faked injuries. The same goes for Martín Zubimendi and Piero Hincapié. Players seem more loyal to their clubs than to their countries.

Chelsea fans, do not allow the loss to make you ignore the fact that Joao Pedro utterly dominated William Saliba and Gabriel Malgahaes. This guy is top 3 best strikers in the EPL this season and he is not number 3.

@leafricangooner Gyokeres is making us play a man less. His positioning is always poor, he lacks pace, he lacks creativity. He is never a threat to any defence. Always hiding inside defenders

“If you are rich, you will enjoy Nigeria”. This is one of the most fundamentally foolish things to ever say and believe in the history of foolish things in the world. Today our very own world boxing champion Anthony Joshua had a ghastly motor crash that killed two people. No ambulance. No paramedics. No first aid service. No emergency response. Just a confused crowd at an accident site. Recently there was a fire outbreak in a building in Lagos with many people trapped in it. For many hours, No ambulance, no fire service, No first aid service, no emergency response. Again, just another confused crowd outside the building while people burnt to death inside. Terrible incidents like the terrible car accident that just happened to Anthony Joshua and the complete utter lack of a coordinated emergency response is another stark reminder of what a poor, backward and undeveloped country we are. Two people died in that same car accident that Anthony Joshua was involved in. If AJ also needed emergency medical attention, he could have died. Quite simply so. His money wouldn’t matter. His fame wouldn’t matter. His global renown wouldn’t matter. He could have simply died today. Today’s crash should be a cold brutal awakening to every one of us. Your money is absolutely meaningless in a failed country that has no working healthcare systems and no working institutions. It does not matter if you are rich or poor. In many life threatening emergency medical situations, your money will end up being very useless. This is again a cold stark reminder to everyone who thinks that wealth is somehow always a sure shield against failed systems in a failed country. AJ could have died today. Just because he had an accident in a country that has zero first aid, zero emergency medical response, zero timely ambulance and zero paramedics when your life is hanging in the balance. A country where human life has zero value.

@BongoIdeas I think you are seeing it the wrong way. Ghanaian artist don’t wanna go to Nigeria to play shows because there is really nothing out there for them. Nigerian artists come to Ghana because it is more fun and lucrative. We should be proud.
