@thewhitecompany why, when the side of my botanic candle shouldn’t melt, has wax gone everywhere? Brand new candle along with a glass dome holder and it’s now covered in wax! Not impressed

@TUIUK just received my email confirming that my trip to Cyprus in may won’t be happening 😭😭. How do I go about cancelling for a refund? Do I just choose “Cancel Booking” in the booking amendments and information section on manage my booking? Thanks

@TUIUK@TUIGroup we rebooked our trip to Crete (departing 26/7/20) on 16/5 at rebooking cost of £150 as we are NHS keyworkers so cant quarantine. 5-6 days later we could have rebooked for free. Will these costs be reimbursed? Thanks
@TUIUK rebooked our July holiday to Greece last weekend - £150 rebooking fee only for T&C’s to say today that no fees for hols up until end of august. Will these fees be reimbursed? Thanks
@British_Airways credit where credits due - sadly had to cancel our trip to Vegas - did so on Saturday and refund in my account yesterday! Good work BA - some other companies could learn from your example!!
@Dominos_UK most disappointing that store won’t honour codes available in the app despite the app not working properly so orders had to be rung through instead. Terrible customer service!
