Unreasonable Hospitality Early this year, we had our annual @mtnug leadership gathering where our @MTNGroup Chief HR Officer, @PaulNormanMTN gave each of us a book, ‘Unreasonable Hospitality’ by @WillGuidara as a parting gift. At first, I judged it by the cover. “A business book on restaurants? How to run a hotel? Probably not my lane.” I opened it to skim and suffice to say, once I started reading, I got caught up in this transformation story. If you’ve been near me recently (or any MTNer), you’ve probably heard us speak of being “Business, Unreasonable.” That was inspired by our learnings from this book. Hey @mtnug pop-up SMS marketing messages are dirty tactics and should stop.
People can be dealing with emergencies or be typing sensitive information like bank passwords when these dialog boxes take over their screen and request input.
