I was SO misguided last night by door-to-door sales reps. While I do feel they’d say whatever they need to in order to make the sale, the ultimate problem lies with the company’s policies and procedures. @TELUS should be looking into fixing this. So terrible.

The disconnect between @TELUS HQ sales reps and in-store sales reps is atrocious. For a company this large, all CSRs need to be provided the same information and there has to be a more streamlined process for door-to-door sales and clients getting their phone in-store.

Shoutout @FreedomMobile for the kindest customer service reps, both in-store and on the phone! Grateful for their understanding and flexibility 😭

Just a handful of the products sold at the @RHL_Inspire COY Marketplace! We had 40 unique vendors and an amazing turnout. All of our students went home so happy 🥹 Thank you to our community for supporting our students. We are so grateful!! @PeelSchools #peelfam
