The temp in a Brampton elementary school this morning – at 7:33 a.m. – well before the start of the day. 28.2C w a relative humidity of 69%. Feels like *31C*. Unsafe & irresponsible. Neither learning nor working can happen effectively in these conditions. #ETFO #OntEd #OnLab

The amount that edu staff are behind inflation (and other sectors) is appalling. Workers needs to have regular COL ⬆️ so that they are not working for 20% less than they did a decade prior. 1.25% a yr x 4 more yrs is disrespectful and continues wage suppression #onted
